Mechanix MGP-08-011 Review: Mechanix Wear MGP-08-011 Original Plus Glove, Black, X-Large. Right off the bat, this particular model is NOT the newer version of "original Plus". The picture will lead you to think so. The actual product is the old "Plus" in red (as of Dec 2009).That out of the way, the added reinforcements do make the gloves last longer. This is my third pair in a year. I use them in a warehouse for picking up boxes, about 30 hours a week. I'll start seeing holes in about a month, before I completely destroy them in about 3 to 4 ...
