Cold Steel 12CT Review: Cold Steel Safe Keeper III Black Kraton Handle. Ok this push blade is tough and I mean strong the blade is super thick! Now for the legal part check your local laws. In most cases this is legal as it is under 3 1/2 inches in blade length, and is not a double edged that would make it classified as a dagger.
