Everyone will have a knife they like better than others, and if seems like Henkels show up a lot. I prefer these because the blades feel a little better balanced and the handles fit my hand really well. The solid handles of the Grand Prix series don't have the ridges and rivets where crud can get stuck like the Classic line does.
